I’ve been rubbish today, but that’s the after effects of having Shingles and Pneumonia vaccines yesterday. One in each arm, so both really achey. Starting to ease now, thankfully, so think I can make choir.

It's still hanging about. I think I have a few more days at least.
I felt rubbish for a week after my first shingles vaccination, not so bad after the second. Hope you get to choir.
Took some Paracetamol for the aches and got to choir. Really glad I did.
